SHIPPING
Our mission is to deliver your online purchase in perfect condition in the shortest possible time.

1. Standard Australian delivery: 3-5 business days, $14.95 (Aus Post)
2. New Zealand delivery: 4-7 business days, $29.95 (Aus Post)
3. Other International Countries: 7-10 business days $69.95 (Aus Post)

What is your order cut-off time?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 11am, it will be sent that afternoon. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered.
For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note: ACO DOUBLE BAY unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased by you are delivered by an independent carrier and the responsibility for the risk of loss for such merchandise passes to you once the goods have been collected by the carrier.

RETURNS
ACO Double Bay endeavours to provide customers with products that are of high quality and match the description displayed on the website. Our online store offers you a 7 day exchange return policy, beginning when you receive your item. There is NO return on sale items and jewellery. If you wish to return your electronic purchase please notify us at contact@acodoublebay.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. The cost of returning your online purchase is not covered by ACO.

Returns Conditions
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
- Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, and in its original packaging, eg. shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed.
- For change of mind, we will not accept any returns that are not in the original condition as when purchased.
- Returns must be posted back to ACO DOUBLE BAY head office within 7 days of receiving them. Address listed below.
- We will exchange your purchased item if all the above conditions have been met. We do not refund on change of mind purchases and a store CREDIT (valid for 3 years) will be issued upon receipt of returned goods in the event that an exchange is not possible. We receive new stock deliveries most weeks and will always endeavour to assist you redeem store credits in any way we can.

To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following:
- Try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.
- Do not apply any body moisturisers before trying shoes, clothing and accessories in order to avoid marking leather, suede and other delicate fabrics.
- Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments.
