At the end of September, ACO travelled to Paris for fashion week to see all the beautiful collections created by our amazing, international designers. And what a special time to be there! Finally, after too many years not being able to do our buying overseas and instead on Zoom, this felt like such a privilege.
The first appointment was Theory. The collection was held in a beautiful, light filled Parisian show room with huge windows and chevron floors. The collection was, of course, gorgeous and made memorable by the pops of magenta pink used for suiting. A great way to add excitement to your work wardrobe.
IRO’s head office and show room definitely had the wow factor. Located in a super chic shopping area, you were transported to fashion heaven. A pinstripe linen suit and accessories to die for, IRO reminded us why they’re our go-to for all things feminine and cool.
Next stop was A.L.C. and we fell in love with the green, pink and purple motif through the collection. Oversized jackets remain an A.L.C. must-have as well as satin pleating, perfect for any event.
Our last appointment was to see the very special bags and jewellery at the Laura B showroom. All of her unique pieces are handcrafted by the Italian designer in her Barcelona studio making them such wonderful and timeless investment pieces. We could not pull ourselves away from the green leather bags and matching Swarovski crystals, a new colour addition for the season.
And of course we couldn't leave Paris without a delicious dinner at L'Avenue...
